Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are of utmost priority to us and they are reserved specifically for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore we respectfully ask that a minimum of 12-hour notice is given for cancellations.

Please understand that no-shows or improper notice of cancellation cause a missed opportunity to fill the appointment slot to clients on our waiting list wishing to receive services. Since services are reserved specifically for you, the full appointment price will be charged unless we are able to fill the appointment slot.
